It appears that in the order dated 19th April, 2012 passed in Criminal Application No. 1817 of 2012, inadvertently it remained to be mentioned that the substantive sentences are suspended, though the applicant was directed to be released on bail pending the Criminal Appeal.

In the circumstances, the present application is allowed. In paragraph no.4 of the order dated 19th

2 Cr. Appln. 1641/2016 April 2012 passed in Criminal Application No. 1817 of 2012, following sentence be added after the sentence : "In the circumstances, the application is allowed", appearing therein.

"Substantive sentences are hereby suspended." 4.

Necessary correction be carried in the order. 5.

Motion stands disposed of accordingly.
