Perused the application. The application is pending since year 2010 for grant of stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded / Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation in W.C.F.A.No. 11 of 2006 dated 28-01-2010. The learned counsel for applicant submits that requisite compensation amount awarded in favour of claimant was already deposited before the learned Commissioner. The ad-interim relief came to be granted by this Court at the inception, and therefore, he prayed to confirm the same. In view of nature of subject matter and reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to confirm the relief in favour of application. Therefore, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [B1]. 3.

Accordingly, the civil application for stay stands disposed of in above terms.
