After having heard for some time, Mr Thombre, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, made a motion for withdrawal of the petition. Petition disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

The Sub-Divisional Officer, Ambad, District Jalna, who has passed the impugned order dated 18th February, 2019 is directed to remit the amount of compensation in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna with whom Special Civil Suit No.76 of 2018 is pending.

It shall be open for the petitioners to raise whatever claim they intend to qua the ownership and entitlement of compensation in the

Needless to clarify that this Court has not examined the issue of title of the petitioners.
