The petitioner has delayed the matter. The tribe certificate is cancelled on the ground of incorrect nomenclature of the tribe by the Scrutiny Committee on 18.03.2016. The matter is filed after four years.

The petitioner shall apply before the Committee for getting attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner with incorrect nomenclature of the tribe.

The Scrutiny Committee within a period of two weeks of the application filed by the petitioner shall issue attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner
2 wp 3841.20 thereafter within a period of one week of receipt of attested copy apply to the Sub Divisional Officer along with the attested copy of the tribe certificate issued earlier for getting the corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner shall also file online application. The respondent No. 2 on receipt of the application along with attested tribe certificate issued by the Scrutiny Committee shall verify the genuineness of the same and if satisfied, shall issue corrected tribe certificate within a period of two (02) weeks. The petitioner shall submit the proposal with the Committee on receipt of the corrected tribe certificate within a period of two
(02) weeks. The Committee thereafter shall decide the proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and expeditiously. 4.
In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
