DATE : 17.03.2025 PER COURT :- Petitioner is questioning the impugned communication whereby the Upper Tahsildar has refused to consider her application for having EWS certificate.

We have heard both the sides.

By referring to the circular dated 28.09.2015, the impugned communication mentions that only online applications can be entertained and there is no provision for issuing any EWS certificate offline. The impugned communication also indicates the

Irrespective of the modalities evolved by the State Government, we dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to approach the respondent tomorrow and the respondent shall consider her request for issuance of EWS certificate, but shall not refuse to issue it by referring to the circular dated 28.09.2015.
