ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2506 days in filing the appeal. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay is not properly explained. The Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent. 2.

Considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in this application stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period.
