Learned AGP has filed affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent No. 2 stating that the award is passed on 25.06.2024, copy of the same is annexed to the reply. He therefore submits that the order is complied with.

Learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the demand is raised for payment of compensation amount to the petitioner and same will be processed and payment will be made to the petitioner within four weeks from today.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition.
