The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the matter is pending with the committee at the stage of vigilance. 2.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 07.04.2021 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.

In the meantime, the respondent No. 2 shall process the papers of the petitioner for provisional pension. The same certainly will be subject to the decision of the committee in the validation proceeding. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
