Mr. Solanke, the learned advocate for the review applicant submits that, the petitioner has rendered service for more than eleven years on the same place. As such he is senior. This Court disposed of writ petition under order dated 05.02.2020 relying upon the representation of the Zilla Parishad that the respondent No. 4 in the writ petition is at Sr. No. 1 and the petitioner is at Sr. No. 5. Same is erroneous. As per the seniority list also the review applicant/petitioner is senior. 2.

We have considered the submissions canvassed by the learned counsel for respective parties.

The transfers were effectuated for the last year. Now fresh transfer list may be prepared. The respondent No. 4 in the original writ petition is physically handicapped person. Naturally, he will be on the priority list of the persons to be transferred. That aspect was also considered. 4.

The case of the review applicant/petitioner now would be considered during the general transfers/request transfers for the ensuing year. The matter naturally would remain academic only.

For the reasons recorded above, the review application is disposed of. No costs.
