Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel for respondents raises a preliminary objection that petitioners have an alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. Zia, the learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The forum, where the proceedings
