Order :-

1. Mr. Nagarsoge, learned counsel appearing for petitioner states that though report is issued showing that name of the petitioner should be mutated, however, the authorities concerned has not recorded the name of the petitioner in relevant record. Petitioner can approach the committee constituted by Divisional Commissioner.

2. The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner in this regard as per circular dated 13-02-2015 for redressal of his grievance. In case the petitioner approaches the Committee for redressal of his grievance, the committee shall take decision and necessary action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
