PER COURT :- 1) Heard learned Counsel for petitioners. She invited our attention to contents of the representation filed by the petitioners and submitted that Respondent No.8 and 9 are appointed without adversing the posts and without following due process and procedure prescribed under the relevant Rules. It is further submitted that Respondent No.8 is grand-son of Chairman of concerned Trust and Respondent No.9 is son of Treasurer of the trust. 2) We direct Respondent No.4 to enquire into the matter, keeping in view the allegations set out in the representation filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th May, 2015. We make it clear that in case Respondent No.4 wishes to hear the petitioners, he can do so. After enquiry, the concerned officer to send a report with his opinion to the office of Government Pleader, High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. The petition is disposed of accordingly. ( P.R.
