It appears that, it is a case of lethargy on the part of the petitioner. The petitioner for the first time applied for issuance of tribe certificate on 28.02.2020 and now seeks directions to decide the same as he requires the tribe certificate for submission of nomination papers of Gram Panchayat election. The learned counsel submits that, 13th March, 2020 is the last date for submission of nomination.

It would not be possible to issue specific directions to the Sub Divisional Officer to decide the application within two days. The petitioner may request the Sub Divisional Officer and if it is possible for the S. D. O., then the S. D. O. may take decision upon the application filed by the petitioner within two days from

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
