There is consensus between the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 that this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving directions to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct the recruitment process for appointment of Anganwadi Sevika in the village Kanhapur, Taluka Wadwani, District Beed through the newly constituted

4101.16wp committee within a stipulated period.

In the circumstances, we direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct the recruitment process through the newly constituted committee for the appointment on the post of Anganwadi Sevika in the village Kanhapur, Taluka Wadwani, District Beed, as expeditiously as possible;

however, within four weeks from today.

It is needless to observe that the said committee will interview the petitioner and other candidates and taken an appropriate decision.

The petition stands disposed of on the above terms.
