(3) ORAL ORDER Feeling aggrieved by the suspension order dated 20th January, 2017 (Exh.G), the petitioners filed representations and have filed this petition. Today, when the matters came up for hearing, after arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that these petitions be disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to consider and decide petitioners' representations dated 30th January, 2017 (Exh.H) against the impugned suspension orders as expeditiously as possible. Without commenting upon merits of the matters, we dispose of these petitions by directing respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representations dated 30th January, 2017 (Exh.H) as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
