The limited grievance made in this petition is that though the proposal of the petitioner is pending with respondents No. 4 and 5 to conduct the assessment of the expenditure incurred by the petitioner to run Balakashram for the years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012, the said proposal is not yet acted upon by respondents No. 4 and 5.

We direct respondents No. 4 and 5 to take the decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, on its own merits and after verifying the record maintained

wp3574-2016 by the office of respondents No. 4 and 5, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of ten weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of on above terms. The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
