The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would only pray for directions against the respondent No.1 to decide the proposal sent by the university (Exhibit F and I).

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent No.1 . Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The proposal is sent by the respondent No. 2 to the respondent No. 1 (Exhibit F and I) for giving appointment to the employees like the petitioner on 11 months contract basis. The

2 wp 5693.21 learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the said proposal.

In the light of that, the respondent No. 1 shall decide the proposal sent by the respondent No. 2 to it (Exhibit F and I), on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
