Heard Mr S.B. Bhosale, learned Advocate for applicant. He sumits that the Bail Application no.1252 of 2019 was listed on yesterday's board. However, he could not remain present yesterday. This Court was pleased to pass order to appoint Advocate for the applicant from the High Court Legal Aid panel. He submits that he will work out the matter on the next date. He, therefore, urged to recall the order. Mr S.G. Sangle, learned A.P.P. has no objection. In the interest of justice, it is necessary to allow the application to the extent of directions to appoint the Advocate to represent the applicant.
