Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

The document relied upon by the learned Advocate for the petitioner/original plaintiff in the suit was impounded and was sent for stamping. The learned Advocate for the petitioner/original plaintiff contends that he has paid the entire deficit stamp duty and the document is ready to be received by the Court.

If the deficit stamp duty is paid, the respondent No.1 to forward the documents to the Trial Court within a period of four weeks. 4.
The learned AGP to intimate the Collector - respondent No.1 to forward the impounded document to the Civil Court within a period of four weeks.

The Trial Court to proceed with the matter and the same be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the document. 6.
