The appellant - acquiring body intends to challenge the enhancement in the compensation granted by the reference Court,

CA 1331-2019 however there is delay.

Learned advocate Mr. S. G. Kawade appearing for respondents No.3 and 4, is strongly objecting the application. It has been stated that, the delay of each and every day has not been explained properly.

Though no details have been given in the application, yet taking liberal view, the delay stand condoned. Civil application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
