I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, at length.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nomination of respondent No.6 was rejected by respondent no.4, however, in appeal the order of respondent no.4 is set aside and nomination of respondent no.6 is directed to be accepted.

Mr. S K Kadam, the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 4 submits that election programme is in advance stage and the voting is now scheduled on 21.03.2021.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
