Mr. Thombre, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent no.5.

The present application has been filed by the applicants to direct respondent nos.5 and 6 to declare the result of 7th Semester of B. Pharmacy Course of the applicants and to direct them to accept the examination form of the backlog subjects, if any. 3.

The pressing urgency is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the applicants that today is the last date for filling examination form of the backlog subjects, if any.

The learned Advocate for the respondents are objecting to the application. They point out the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2023, wherein this Court had permitted the petitioners to submit their examination forms and allow them to appear in the examination. However, this Court had directed that the result should not be declared without order of this Court. The learned Advocate for the respondents have shown their readiness to argue the main matter itself. Certainly, we will consider the main matter, but taking into consideration the pressing urgency, limited prayer in the application is considered. 5.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that as regards applicant nos.1 to 5 are concerned, they have filed their certificates, however, till today applicant no.6 has not filed. He submits that he could contact applicant no.6 to get the reason. In view of this circumstance, prayer on behalf of applicant no.6 is not considered. It is considered only in respect of applicant nos.1 to 5. 6.

In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed. We direct respondent nos.5 and 6 to declare the result of the 7th Semester of B. Pharmacy Course of applicant nos.1 to 5 and may permit them to fill up examination forms of the backlog subjects, if any. 7.

Place the main petition for final hearing at the admission stage on 27.03.2024 at 03.30 pm. Parties to take note that no further adjournment will be granted on the next date. 8.
