PER COURT :- This Petition is filed with following prayer :- "(C) To direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to register the crime against the respondents No.6 to 9, in pursuance of Complaint dated 6.1.2014 in respect of the murder of father of the petitioner by name Balu Shripati Kale, at Police Station Yusuf Wadgaon, Tq. Kaij, Dist. Beed, u/sec. 302, 120-B r/w 34 of I.P.C. and under the provisions of Sec. 3 of the Atrocities Act."

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of the copy of First Information Report makes a

371.14CriWP statement that, the First Information Report bearing ACR No. 159/2014 is registered with Yusuf Wadgaon Police Station on 31.12.2014 under Sections 302, 201, 34 of I.P. Code and section 3, 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of filing of this Petition is served. So far as prayer clause `D' is concerned, the said prayer is premature.

In the circumstances, the Petition stands disposed of.
