Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already applied for on line caste validation claim on 21.12.2017. 2.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate received to her with

2 W.P.No.3426/18 the wrong nomenclature to the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli.

On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner with wrong nomenclature, the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, shall issue fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner with the correct nomenclature, expeditiously, preferably within four (4) weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
