Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has deposited Rs.25,000/- while suspending sentence vide order dated 30th June, 2016. He submits that he is ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- more. The cheque amount is Rs. 52,000/-.

In this view of the matter, substantive sentence stands suspended on depositing amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the trial Court. Applicant be released on PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount. ( M. G. SEWLIKAR ) Judge dyb
