Considering the reasons assigned and the fact that this petition is at pre-admission stage, the civil application is allowed. The proposed paragraph no.8A be added to the memo of the petition and amendment be carried out. So also, the documents sought to be produced (appended to the civil application), also be brought on record with proper pagination on or before 03.09.2021. 4.
