Heard. Notice to the Respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the Petitioner as belonging to "Koli Mahadev" are pending, however the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not declaring result on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

In light of that, we pass following order:

The Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee

shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the Petitioner expeditiously, preferably within NINE MONTHS. The Petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11th April 2016. 5.

Till the validation proceedings are pending and if otherwise there is no other impediment, the Respondents shall not withhold the result of the Petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. 6.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
