The petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery certifcate dated 29.05.2015 issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

The petitioner has alternate remedy under Section 154(2A) of the said Act. With liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy, if so adviced, the petition is dismissed. Civil Application stands disposed of.
