Petitioners seek direction against the institution to forward their proposals seeking approval to their appointments.

Mr. Dhengale, learned counsel submits that the proposals were submitted twice, but they have not been accepted by the Education Officer. Once the proposal is forwarded, it is for the Education Officer to pass the orders on its own merits.

The institution shall forward the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today complete in all respect. The Education Officer shall thereafter take decision upon the said proposals, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of proposals.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
