Ms.Ansari, learned Advocate has placed on record certain communications and documents which are the resolutions passed by the respondent/Management. The said documents (8 pages) are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" collectively. 2.

Mrs.Ansari submits on instructions that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents has been settled in terms of Exhibit "X" and this petition, therefore, be disposed of in the light of the settlement between the parties.

Considering the statement made on instructions, this petition khs/May 2016/3151-d

is disposed of as the petitioner claims that the dispute is settled vide documents at Exhibit X.
