Learned advocate for the respondent, on instructions, states that the respondent is to withdraw the proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.220 of 2013 initiated by him in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalna, however, since there is stay to the proceedings, such an application is not being considered by the court.

In view of aforesaid, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of. Interim relief stands vacated. 3.

It is, however, open for the applicant, if occasion arises to revive the application.
