1. Heard rival submissions.

2. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amount which has been deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company.

Though, the application is opposed, but considering the quantum of compensation granted by learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation And Judge, Labour Court, Latur dated 28.08.2020, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of compensation along with the proportionate interest thereon from the Court of learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation And Judge,

(2) 937- CA-4481-2024.odt Labour Court, Latur, by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of that Authority.

The remaining amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.

5. Stand over to 08.04.2025.
