Heard both the sides.

Learned advocate for the applicant pointed out the order passed by this court vide bail application No.1390/2022 dated 20-09-2022. This Court directed the trial court to conclude the trial within time frame.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that trial court has recorded evidence of four witnesses. More than 36

(2) 912ba477.24 witnesses are cited. The trial would take long period. 4.

Considering the fact that the trial court was directed to decide the case within six months, it would be proper to give direction to the trial court to conclude the trial till 30-06-2024. Needless to mention that 'Sessions' means, once it is started, it shall not be stopped unless and until it is concluded. 5.

If the trial is not concluded within stipulated time, the applicant is at liberty to file application for grant of bail before this court.

The Bail Application stands disposed off.
