The petitioners herein have challenged the order dated 08.12.2017 passed by the Tahsildar, imposing the penalty towards alleged illegal excavation of sand. Petitioners have efficacious remedy to challenge the said order before the authority constituted under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the petition.
