CA/989/2025 has been filed for condonation of a 22-day delay in filing the Criminal Revision Application. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned, and the application is allowed and disposed of. 2.
In REVNST/2654/2025, the applicant challenges the order passed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing him to pay Rs. 2,000/- per month as maintenance to his father/respondent. The record indicates that the applicant with his family resides in his father's (Sopan Govind Jadhav) house.

The applicant contends that his brother, respondent No. 3, Bharat Sopan Jadhav, also has a responsibility to maintain their father. However, the Family Court, Aurangabad, directed the applicant to pay Rs. 2,000/- per month from the date of the application, considering that he is engaged in labor work. The respondent No.3 brother of the applicant has also agreed to pay Rs.2000/- to their father in separate proceedings. Page 1 of

As such, the Family Court has directed the applicant to pay maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- per month to his father / respondent, considering the applicant's income at Rs.15,000/- per month and his responsibility to other family members, I find no error in the impugned order.
