This is an Application for condonation of delay. There is delay of 17 days in filing this Appeal, challenging the Judgment and Award dated 01-11-2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Osmanabad in M.A.C.P. no. 295 of 2015.

Learned counsel Mr. Boiwar holding for Mr. Bodade submits that the delay is satisfactorily explained and the delay is bonafide and not intentional. He submits that no prejudice would be caused to the nonapplicants, if the delay is condoned. 3.

Shri Chavan, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicants/claimants has no serious objection if the Application is allowed.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Application and for the reason that the said explanation has been found satisfactory and justifiable for condonation of delay, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Office is directed to register the Appeal and place the same in Admission category before the Court on 22-04-2021 along with Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount.
