According to the petitioner proposal seeking approval to his appointment is pending with the respondent No. 2. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that in case proposal of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
