The present civil application is filed for amendment. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, during the pendency of writ petition, the petitioner/applicant has retired. The said fact and other aspects are to be brought on record. As such, amendment is sought.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.
