The anticipatory bail granted to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 is sought to be cancelled on the ground that the knife, which was used to assault on the arm of the informant, is yet to be recovered. They even outraged her modesty.

The record indicates that the respondents, whose bail is sought to be cancelled, had made various complaints against the informant about having indulged in misappropriation and defalcation of public funds. The record indicates that there are cross complaints filed against each other. The 1 / 2

After having considered the merits of the matter, the Additional Sessions Judge has right granted anticipatory bail. This Court finds no reason to interfere therewith. Hence, present application is rejected.
