It has been pointed out by learned Counsel appearing for Respondents that a substantive suit, seeking declaration and perpetual injunction, has been presented to the Civil Court and is stated to be pending. The Tahsildar & Collector, through State of Maharashtra & Village Panchayat, are the parties to the suit. The issues, being canvassed in the instant petition, are being considered in the suit presented by respondent to the Civil Court.

In this view of the matter, no interference is called for in the instant writ petition.

Writ Petition stands rejected.
