The petitioner is student of Third year B.D.S. Course. 2.

The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The result is withheld.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no.1 and 2. Mr Bayas accepts notice for respondent no.3.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, then respondent no.2 - Committee shall decide the said proceeding within six months.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th March 2020. 6.

Respondents no.3 and 4 shall not withhold result of examination of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner if otherwise is eligible, then shall not be refrained from prosecuting fourth year's studies only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.
