Learned counsel appearing for the parties inform this Court that charge sheet is filed on 7.6.2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, therefore, seeks liberty to file application for discharge before the concerned Court.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to take out appropriate application for discharge before the concerned Court in case charge is not already framed.

In case the petitioners file such an application within two weeks from today, the concerned Court to decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from filing of such application, in accordance with law, in case charge is not already framed.

We make it clear that this liberty is available only if the petitioners prefer the application for discharge within two weeks from today.
