The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the present subject matter, civil suit is also filed and the same is pending. The orders passed under the Mamlatdars' Courts Act are subject to the orders passed by the Civil Court. As such, any order that would be passed in the pending civil suit, would be binding on the parties. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
