Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the sole respondent submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum constituted as per Section 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Writ Petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.

The interim order passed by this Court shall be continued for a further period of fifteen (15) days from today, so as to enable the petitioner to make necessary application before the appropriate forum. Needless to state, on lapse of fifteen (15) days the protection shall come to an end.
