This is an application seeking impleadment in the petition as respondent.

It is the contention of the learned Advocate for the applicant that, applicant has been appointed as Headmaster on respondent No. 6 school where the petitioner is claiming appointment. He submitted that, any order passed in favour of the petitioner will adversely affect the applicant herein. Therefore, before the petition is taken up for hearing, it is necessary to hear the applicant in the matter. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Petitioner is directed to implead the applicant as respondent No.7 in the petition by effecting necessary amendment in the petition within a period of two weeks from today.

Petitioner is directed to carryout amendment in the record of the Court and simultaneously in the copies served upon the learned Advocates for the other respondents.

6.
