Heard Mr. Adgaonkar, learned advocate for applicant. He invites attention of this court to the order passed on application seeking withdrawal of amount in sister appeals from same acquisition i.e. C.A. No. 14880 of 2023 in FA No. 4116 of 2023 and companion matters. 2.

Considering the submissions advanced, and the order dated 19.1.2024 passed in sister appeal, applicants are also entitled for similar treatment. In the result, application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount as deposited by Acquiring Body alongwith interest accrued thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that in case, any adverse order being passed in appeal, they shall re-deposit the amount within 8 weeks from the date fo such order. Undertaking to be furnished within 8 weeks from today.
