It is a motion for speaking to minutes moved by Mrs. Reddy, learned counsel for applicants in respect of order dated 21st March, 2022 passed in Civil Application No.4077 of 2022 in First Appeal (Stamp) No.15350 of 2020.

Mrs. Reddy, learned counsel for applicants points out that she has deposited the cheque of compensation amount arising out of 16

ca.4077.22.odt first appeals. It was a common cheque in respect of compensation amount. She has also given copy of earlier order passed by this Court dated 10th December, 2020 alongwith praecipe filed by her on 17th March, 2022. She, therefore, seeks modification in the order so as to add remaining first appeals.

Perused the praecipe dated 17th March, 2022 alongwith copy of order passed in Civil Application No.8176 of 2020 dated 10th December, 2020. Mrs. Reddy, learned counsel has given the praecipe in respect of 16 appeals and sought permission to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount in common. Only one first appeal on stamp number is shown in the title and remaining 15 appeals on stamp number are remained to be shown. This correction needs to be made and connected all the first appeals on stamp number be shown in the title clause of the order by making necessary correction and thereafter, the order be uploaded.
