The applicant, who is original opponent no.1 in the Claim Petition and also the owner of offending vehicle, is seeking condonation of delay of 376 days on the ground that he had to make arrangement for the court fees for fling this appeal. The learned Counsel for the claimants as well as the learned Counsel for Insurance Company strongly opposed the application.
