The said authorities are the respondents in his complaint. There are no private individuals, who are the contesting respondents in his complaint. In view of the above, we are not issuing notice to the respondents.

This petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to decide the pending complaint of the petitioner filed on 01.02.2022 at Mumbai, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties, on or before 30.12.2022.
