This is an application seeking restoration of the contempt proceeding which we had disposed since the petitioner was not present. 2.

Since it is a matter of contempt, as the petitioner has been pointing out that he was before the Court at Latur on the date when he was absent, the application is allowed and the contempt proceeding is restored.
